The Department of Mathematics Study Program at Yogyakarta State University again carried out PKM (Community Service Program) on Thursday, September 14, 2023. This activity took place at Kolase De Britto High School with a series of activities, namely conducting community service and collaboration with MGMP of Mathematics in Sleman Regency.

This activity began with the opening by FX. Catur Supatmono, S.Pd., M.Pd., as the Principal of Kolase De Britto High School. He gave a warm welcome while introducing the characteristics of Kolase De Britto High School. Then the activity continued with the presentation of training materials by the resource person, Dr. Ali Mahmudi, M.Pd. He provided material on the theme of exposure to the literacy and numeracy curriculum and described in detail the explanation of the independent learning curriculum. In addition, he explained the components of large-level numeracy literacy, and gave examples of literacy and numeracy questions. This activity took place from 13.00 WIB and ended at 16.00 WIB.

Also attending this activity were lecturers of Mathematics Education FMIPA UNY who are members of the research group, including Prof. Dr. Sugiman, M.Si., Endah Retnowati, S.Pd., M.Ed., Ph.D., Dr. Ali Mahmudi, M.Pd., Dr. Kuswari Hernawati, S.Si., M.Kom., Dr. Sri Andayani, M.Si. In addition, this activity was also attended by the head of the Sleman Regency Mathematics MGMP, Raden Anang Mustofa, S.Pd., M.Pd., and members of the Sleman Regency MGMP.

Not only that, this activity was also attended by 16 student interns from the Mathematics Education Study Program of FMIPA UNY. They contributed by presenting the development of instruments in the liveworksheet to the groups that had been divided. Training participants who actively asked questions made this activity very interactive. The flexible time allowed the resource person and all participants to have a more detailed and satisfying discussion.
