The community service agenda moderated by Nila Mareta Murdiyani, S.Pd., M.Sc. is entitled “TPACK Development of Indonesian Jeddah School Teachers through Learning Media Training Oriented to Literacy and Numeracy Skills”.

Community Service Activities (PKM) of Mathematics Education Study Program UNY with Indonesian Jeddah School (SIJ) implements international cooperation in the form of community service activities. Dr. Ali Mahmudi, who is also a lecturer in mathematics education as well as the deputy Dean of FMIPA UNY, led the community service activity with the title “TPACK Development for Indonesian School Teachers in Jeddah through Learning Media Training Oriented to Literacy and Numeracy Skills”.

The quality of a study program needs to be improved from time to time. Thursday, August 17, 2023, coinciding with the commemoration of Indonesia's independence, the Mathematics Education Study Program of FKIP Sriwijaya University (UNSRI) visited the Mathematics Education Study Program of FMIPA UNY. The spirit of independence accompanied UNSRI's spirit in the benchmarking agenda towards UNY. The discussion which was held since 09:00 WIB was opened directly by Prof. Dr. Ariswan as the Dean of FMIPA UNY.

On Wednesday, August 9, 2023, Associate Professor Jose Hanham who was a guest lecturer on the visiting professor agenda continued the second session of the workshop which was held in two parts. Jose Hanham is a lecturer from Australia, more specifically from Western Sydney University (QS WUR = 375). Visiting Professor activities were held in the courtroom 2 FMIPA UNY from 13:00 - 17:00 WIB....

Yogyakarta State University (UNY) has a long-term plan to become a World Class University (WCU). In particular, UNY is preparing to become a World Class University of Education (UKKD). One of the supports in realizing the plan is by improving the quality of lectures to the international level. The Mathematics Education Department of FMIPA UNY held a visiting professor activity to improve the quality of lectures.
